  • Excellent organizational skills – you’re the master of color-coded calendars!
  • A knack for creating a harmonious, welcoming atmosphere
  • 1 year or more of experience as an (assistant) office manager or receptionist and/or have completed a recognized certification in office management
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
  • Must live in Rotterdam or a public transport commute within a 30-minute radius

You will be

  • Keep the office atmosphere buzzing with positivity, smiles, and high-fives.
  • Plan and execute epic team-building activities, from quirky icebreakers to thrilling office Olympics.
  • Be the go-to person for morale-boosting surprises, like spontaneous pizza parties or themed dress-up days.
  • Masterfully manage office space and resources, making it look like a page out of a design magazine.
  • Ensure the office is a paradise of ergonomic comfort, with ergonomic chairs, stand-up desks, and comfy couches.
  • Be the go-to person for accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks, ensuring our financial operations run smoothly.
  • Organize jaw-dropping office events, from extravagant holiday parties to quirky themed costume days.
  • Surprise our new Apolians with a very warm welcome, fresh flowers and merch
  • Plan our monthly Apolix Breakfasts to keep everyone fueled and engaged.
  • Maintain an office library filled with inspirating life stories, the best books in data and the occasional comic book for quick escapes.
  • Be the resident expert for solving those mysterious printer jams and Wi-Fi hiccups.
  • Welcome our guests with hot coffee and a smile every single time
