Resource Planner
You are
- You hold a bachelor’s degree in project management, logistics, resource management, or a similar field (HBO level or equivalent).
- You have 3+ years of experience in a similar role
- You have experience with Certinia (FinancialForce) PSA, which is a plus.
- You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing (confidential) information appropriately.
- You have a passion for varied work and thrive under healthy stress to meet deadlines.
- You are flexible, resilient, and know how to navigate dynamic situations.
- You are an enthusiastic, positive team player with a good dose of perseverance.
- You possess strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
- You communicate effectively in both Dutch and English.
- You live in Rotterdam or within a 30-minute commute via public transport.
You will be
- You are responsible for assigning resources using Certinia [CRM/Salesforce], ensuring balanced workloads and availability.
- You collaborate with delivery and project managers to fulfill resource requirements effectively.
- You monitor team availability and make adjustments as needed to optimize resource utilization.
- You prepare forecasts and utilization reports to provide actionable insights.
- You work closely with teams to address and resolve resource conflicts.
- You identify and implement ways to streamline and enhance resource planning processes.
