- 1 year or more of experience as an (assistant) office manager or receptionist and/or have completed a recognized certification in office management
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Must live in Madrid

- Master supplier magic – Handle vendor contracts, manage office services, and even scout for new office spaces when needed.
