Roundtable: Insurance Industry

Recently, we hosted an engaging roundtable discussion tailored for some of our valued customers in the insurance industry.

The event, held at the Hilton in Rotterdam, began with a networking lunch before our Engagement Manager, Jasper van Hattem, dove into the intricacies of how process mining helps bring end-to-end transparency to claims management processes.

He also revealed the Apolix claims management product that is currently under construction.

David Palastro, the Industry Principal of Insurance at Celonis, gave an insightful presentation of how Celonis can enable more agile, business-led transformations for AI readiness.

The day wouldn’t be complete without some real use cases and learnings so two customers, Allianz and Van Ameyde Group, shared their experiences and journeys so far. Their recounts enabled the group to come away with a deeper understanding of the pain points, execution

The session was a fantastic opportunity to address common challenges, share insights, and exchange best practices aimed to enhance operational efficiency.
