You..

• have 4 – 6 years of experience in process mining, process intelligence, or operational transformation consulting;
• have a proven track record of hitting or exceeding a €1–2M quota in a consultancy or professional services environment – onshore delivery and real, relationship-led selling;
• know the Celonis ecosystem from the inside, as a practitioner, a partner, or both;
• are energetic, commercially sharp, and enjoy being in front of clients;
• know how to bring a team with you and lead by example, not just by title;
• are comfortable operating with autonomy while staying closely connected to a wider leadership team;
• fluency in English, Spanish and at least one other language (French, Dutch, or German) is required;

You will be…

Sales & account growth 

• owning a €1–2M annual revenue target across new logos and existing accounts;
• running the full sales cycle: origination, scoping, proposals, negotiation, and close;
• developing and deepening client relationships at senior stakeholder level;
• identifying expansion opportunities within current accounts and acting on them;
• representing Apolix at industry events, roundtables, and across the Celonis ecosystem;

Delivery involvement 

• leading project scoping and ensuring proposals reflect delivery reality;
• acting as executive sponsor on key engagements, owning stakeholder management and serving as escalation point;
• bringing market intelligence back into how we design and price our work;

Team & office leadership 

• coaching and developing junior and mid-level consultants in Madrid;
• being the cultural anchor for the office and creating a place people want to work;
• acting as the primary link between Madrid and the Rotterdam leadership team;
• helping shape local hiring as the team grows.
